Regenerated yarn is made from surplus and remnant of weaving production. The remains are collected in the weaving mill and then sent to a spinning mill, where various residues are scraped up into new fibers and then mixed with new Norwegian wool. The mixture is 75% wool residues from weaving mills and 25% new Norwegian wool. It can be knitted on needles 3-5.
Available in 100 g. balls that run 200 m. Colors 100 and 420 are also available in cones.
Regenerated yarn is good quality yarn suitable for shape holding clothing. We offer a knitting instruction of Smilla sweater that is knitted with double yarn. Knitting instruction (in Danish) can be dowloaded by clicking on the product picture.
