Handknitting

Wool4You is a home for deadstock yarn dedicated to handknitting. Here you can find a several types of yarn - upcycled, regenerated or saved from being deadstock. 

The idea for Wool4you started with seeing how much raw materials were not being used in our weaving mill. Good quality raw materials that may have had a 'wrong' color in relation to a color card, a design that had expired or just surplus from a finished project. Many kilos that could not just be used in production.

Inspired by the fact that those good ingredients could be used, a test bag was knitted and it turned out great. Since then, the idea has moved on. It is great pleasure and satisfaction to be able to turn otherwise 'discarded' raw materials into new usable products.

Therefore, here you can find not only a wide variety of different types of handknitting yarn but also knitting instructions specifically designed for different types of yarn. All knitting instructions are free of charge and can be downloaded from this website. Furthermore, we offer 6 types of leather handles in different colors that were produced from surplus leather gathered from furniture production.
