Circle Supply

Welcome to a world of upcycling.

Upgrade your office furniture.

Furniture doesn’t need to be new to be valuable. It needs to be well made – and well cared for. At Circle Supply, we work with existing office and conference furniture and give it extended life through professional upcycling. The furniture has been used before – and that’s exactly the point. We preserve what works, improve what’s worn, and upgrade functionality and comfort without erasing the furniture’s history.

Our core business is upcycling office and conference furniture. We clean and service the furniture, replace worn parts, repair surfaces, paint or lacquer frames where needed, and reupholster using carefully selected foam and textiles. The result is furniture that is clearly reused, but renewed– ready for many more years of everyday use.

We often work as a sub-supplier to larger companies serving the office supply and contract market, supporting them with specialist know-how, flexible production and reliable craftsmanship. At the same time, we also work directly with end customers, architects and designers – adapting our role to each project and supply chain.

Architects and designers get full creative freedom. Choose from a wide selection of textiles across all price levels, qualities and colours – from durable contract fabrics to more exclusive materials. Together, we translate design intent into furniture that balances aesthetics, performance and longevity.

Beyond office furniture, we also develop and produce textile-based solutions for the hotel and hospitality industry – including headboards, bed skirts, bedspreads, curtains, poufs and other soft furnishings, often made to order.

And then there’s Jaksland– our own brand. Here we create exclusive cushions and padded solutions, among other things for churches and heritage spaces, where respect for architecture, materials and craftsmanship is essential.

Circle Supply aims to be Europe’s leading provider of fabrics and foam solutions – preferably with a sustainable twist.
Because upgrading what already exists is often the most responsible choice.

From idea to final product - with a sustainable twist.
